- Free 30-min Consultation
- 1:1 personal treatment with Dr.Baez
- 1-hour treatment session
- Direct contact with Dr.Baez via email, call, or text
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Dr. drives and meets you at your home, office, or gym (1-hr max drive)
- Dr. brings all equipment
- Dr. works with patient to determine if insurance reimbursement is possible
- Injury risk screening as needed
- Patient may gift a session
- Free treatment per referral once patient signs up
